Science In The City

we live in the city...no yard..no grass...etc etc. yet, what did we see out our dining room window this morning in the most unlikely of places?...a baby bunny! i don't have a clue what he was doing up on our stone wall about three foot off the ground, but it made my kids' day.

we also made this..."what is it?" you ask. why of course it's an ant catapult. this is truly one science lesson my kids wanted to use all day long. :)
