Two Weeks

it's hard to believe the newest addition to our family is two weeks old already. heck, i'm still having a hard time wrapping my brain around the fact that i'm not still pregnant. he wasn't supposed to be here until may 11th you know. but here he is and already two weeks old. what a whirlwind this has been from labor in the middle of a hideous stomach flu (i always felt so bad for those women i heard about who went through labor while horribly ill...and i became one) to coming home to a house full of people who also had the stomach thing and/or strep throat. the first few days home were especially difficult with no help from a very ill husband and a newborn and three other sick kids to care for, but God provides. everyone is healthy now and we have this handsome little guy to cuddle.
it's definitely worth it all. :)
